But there is a man, who amidst the growing tensions among the two Koreas, is promoting a dream for one Korea, Dr. Jay Ryu, professor emeritus from Loyola University, founder of the One Korea Foundation, has been hard at work preparing a special event at the Lincoln Memorial to promote 1Dream for 1 Korea.
