A survey was taken among Small and Medium sized business leaders in South Korea concerning the necessity for Korean Unification. Among the 300 senior managers surveyed, 58.6 percent were in favor of Korean reunification (32.3 percent saying it was very necessary, with 26.3 percent saying it was somewhat necessary).

While an overwhelming majority of these business leaders reported that they are not preparing for reunification, they did not deny the benefits that could be gained through reunification.
