Hon. Young Kyo Seo

Hon. Young Kyo Seo is a two-term member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea from the ruling Minjoo Party. In her distinguished political Career, she used to be senior Secretary of the Press Center for the Blue House and Press Secretary during working-level talks for the South-North Summit under the Roh Administration. She also served as a spokesperson for Democratic United Party and used to be Co-Campaign Director for the incumbent President Jae-In Moon and Chair. of the Nat’l Women’s Committee for the Party. She is currently a member of the National Defense Committee and special Committee on Budget and Accounts.
